This Termination Policy sets out the conditions under which users (“you” or “your”) may terminate their Zeno account and wallet functions, and the consequences of such termination. It forms part of the overall terms governing the use of the Zeno mobile application and Platform operated by Experience Zeno Pte. Ltd. (“Zeno”, “we”, “our”, or
“us”).
1. The wallet displayed within the Zeno app is a technology-based interface that reflects
transactional information provided by third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”) or
merchants.
2. Zeno does not issue, store, hold, or manage any funds, stored value, or electronic money.
3. All balances shown in the Zeno app are for reference only and do not represent monies
held by Zeno.
1. You may terminate your Zeno account immediately at any time through the in-app
“Terminate Account” or “Delete Account” feature.
2. Once termination is initiated, your account will be immediately deactivated and access to
all Platform features will cease.
3. Upon termination, all unused credits, loyalty points, rewards, and any other accumulated
benefits associated with your Zeno account will be automatically forfeited.
4. Forfeited credits or rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-recoverable,
as Zeno does not hold or manage these values.
5. Termination is immediate and irreversible. Zeno will not reinstate terminated accounts,
reactivate forfeited balances, or restore deleted data.
Zeno retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above, or as required by law. Once no longer required, data will be securely deleted, anonymised, or destroyed.
Zeno may update this Termination Policy Statement from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business developments. The updated version will be published in-app and on our official website, indicating the “Last Updated” date.
