Every topup and referral in Experience Zeno earns you EXP points. These points determine your loyalty tier — and your tier determines the calibre of rewards you unlock. Here's exactly how it works.
Earning EXP Points
EXP points are earned through two activities:
- Topping up: Every dollar you top up at any participating merchant earns EXP
- Referring friends: When someone you refer tops up, you earn ongoing EXP — not just a one-time bonus
EXP points are separate from your bonus credit balance. While bonus credit is money you spend, EXP points are the measure of your loyalty journey through the tier system.
The Three Tiers
Experience Zeno features three loyalty tiers, each with increasing benefits:
Explorer
Your starting tier. Every new member begins here with access to standard bonus credit rates and basic EXP earning. Explorer is where you discover participating merchants and start building your wallet.
Voyager
The mid-tier for regular users. Voyagers enjoy enhanced bonus credit multipliers, priority access to merchant promotions, and accelerated EXP earning. Reaching Voyager means your loyalty is being recognised and rewarded.
Zenith
The pinnacle tier for top members. Zenith members receive the best bonus credit rates, exclusive merchant offers, premium support, and maximum EXP multipliers. Reaching Zenith is the ultimate recognition of your loyalty across the Zeno network.
Climbing the Tiers
Tier progression is based on accumulated EXP. The more you top up and refer, the faster you climb. Unlike airline miles or hotel points, Zeno EXP doesn't expire — your progress is permanent.
