Getting started with Experience Zeno as a merchant is designed to be fast. Most merchants are live and accepting topups within 5 minutes of starting the process.
Step 1: Apply for a Merchant Account
Visit the merchant page and submit your business details. You'll need your business name, location, UEN (for Singapore-registered businesses), and contact information.
Step 2: Set Your Bonus Rate
Choose the bonus credit percentage you want to offer customers. You can start with a competitive rate (5-7%) and adjust it anytime. Higher rates attract more topups; lower rates reduce your bonus cost. Find the sweet spot for your business.
Step 3: Access Your Dashboard
Once approved, you'll receive access to your merchant dashboard. This is your command centre for customer management, campaign creation, analytics, and withdrawals.
Step 4: Start Accepting Topups
Customers can discover your merchant profile in the Zeno app and top up immediately. Each topup adds to your merchant balance (minus the bonus credit), which you can withdraw anytime.
